Formulate is partnering with a high-growth Data Led Tech company that is expanding across Europe.
Requirements:
- As a Managing director, you’ll not only own the sales and revenue of Europe (i.e., results), but also fully take ownership of defining the sales process and executing.
- Drive commercial development and execution of business, key account development, sales and business growth in the European market.
- You will set the business goals, put together execution plans and eventually deliver the goals, via a team of experienced sellers in Europe,
- Develop sales/marketing materials specific to prospective client’s needs, prepare materials for prospective client meetings, working with the European marketing team.
- Market mapping of potential customers across key categories e.g., Retail, Media, BFSI, Auto, Fast Food, Government.
- Pitching and closing SaaS agreements with new customers in the above-mentioned categories.
- Managing team of sales and customer success professionals to scale net new revenue and account expansion.
- Build relationships with C-level executives in large corporations, including CEOs, COOs and CHROs.
- Build awareness of the solution and possibilities in research, measurement and deriving insights.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience within the B2B industry, ideally internet/ technology or related industry (7+ years in data commercialization in Europe).
- Working experience in Data Monetisation/Data Partnerships/Digital Media/SaaS industry is ideal.
- Experience in sales, especially Data related sales.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Experience in a start-up or fast-paced company with demonstrated growth.Proven track record of leading teams whilst building and scaling a business.
- Ability to see the big picture and connect the commercial dots across functions, teams and countries.
- You should have an exceptionally curious, resilient, fearless, street smart and ambitious, and you have a unique, quirky and memorable personality
- Results-oriented with an instinct for measuring ROI and making data-informed decisions
- Knowledge of SaaS and the SaaS sales cycle is an advantage.
- High familiarity with Europe from a business perspective, with commercial knowledge of the various European markets.
