Due to rapid growth, they are now hiring for a strong, Sales Director to build revenue-generating partnerships with large Retailers across
Responsibilities:
- The Sales Director drives enterprise sales with Retailers across Europe.
- Evaluate and prioritise opportunities that deliver large revenue opportunities
- Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects
- Manage complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of the product
- Deal formulation, negotiation, and contract development.
- The Sales Director will evangelise the technology within the Retail market.
- Work closely with the CCO to design and implement new strategies to drive growth
- Translate product features into benefits that solve problems within the Retail market.
- Effectively and independently deliver the company’s story, proposition, and product demonstrations
- Prospecting and attending trade shows to generate meetings, demos, proposals and new partnerships.
Requirements:
- Strong solution Led sales experience
- Experience of selling to large enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas
- Ability to foster executive-level relationships and liaise with senior stakeholders.
- An approach that gains trust and establishes credibility.
- Ability to navigate a large organisation
- Has previously worked at or is excited/prepared for the challenges and rewards that working for a hyper-growth start-up offers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ideally experience of selling to retailers
- Strong understanding of technology and ideally, knowledge of the AI market
